Solo Show

In this editorial Luis Borges shows us that mixing various textures is a feat for an expert.  At first glance, one may think to himself  that it’s over-reaching, but with a deeper look, form and intrigue becomes the engrossing factors.  The attitude, in donning it all is important too.  Most of it is expressed in the hair as a focal point, ushering us towards the apparel.  Hard leather, fur, stitched tweeds, knits and draping, all in one package presents an overwhelming and delectaable force in closing the gap between the acceptable and outlandish.

Groomed in a playful yet committed manner, we learn that clear and crisp style doesn’t always require straight, sleek lines.  In a sea of defined edges, it’s a much needed refreshment to view a style that sparks so much interest.  It makes us wonder, with such expression, what more wondrous things are happeing in the creative mind.
